Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange the item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in new and unused condition.
If the item(s) pass inspection, we will issue you a refund or send you the replacement item(s), depending on your preference
Our refund processing time is 5-7 business days.
